Who we are
FullExperience Studio LLC, doing business as FullExperience, runs fullexperience.io/start, the page where you tell us about your business and book a call. This notice covers that page. If you become a client, our client privacy policy covers your account.
What you give us
What you need, your name, your business, an email address or phone number, and, if you choose, your website, budget, timeline and a note. If you book a call, the time you pick and your time zone.
What the page records on its own
Which site sent you (the site name and campaign tags in the link you followed), the page that referred you, the page you landed on, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. A random visitor ID and session ID are kept in your browser’s local storage so repeat visits count once. With a submission we also keep your IP address and browser type to stop spam. The page loads Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which use cookies and receive page visits and the fact that a form was sent or a call was booked. Meta may use a scrambled (hashed) form of an email or phone number entered on the page to match the visit to a Meta account. Neither receives the details of your request.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare for the call, and put it on our calendar. When you book, Google Calendar sends you an invitation with a Google Meet link at the email you gave. We use the visit records to see which sites and campaigns bring people here. We do not sell your information, and leaving a phone number does not sign you up for marketing texts.
Who handles it for us
Vercel hosts the page. Supabase stores submissions and visit records. Google provides Analytics, Calendar and Meet. Meta provides the Pixel. Twilio and Resend deliver the alerts that tell our team a request came in. Each processes it only to do that job for us.
How long we keep it
Requests and bookings are kept for two years after we last speak, unless you become a client. Visit records are kept for two years. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and you can block cookies or clear local storage in your browser. To cancel or move a call, reply to the calendar invitation. This page is not meant for children under 13.
